Sea Moss also known as "Irish Moss" is found on the Atlantic coasts of Ireland, Europe, and the United States. It is a member of the Gigartinaceae family and isn't an actual moss; but, a type of Seaweed. The Irish people used it as a food source during the Potato Famine of the 1840's. Sea Moss has many medical benefits such as helping with digestion and regulating blood pressure. Witches use it for its magical wealth gaining, good luck, and protection powers. It can also be carried while traveling to ensure a safe journey!
